Heritage Cadillac Mitsubishi is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our service team. Position Overview:
The Quality Control Technician plays a critical role in maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction by inspecting completed repairs and verifying that all work meets dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform final quality inspections on completed service and repair work

  • Verify repairs were completed accurately, safely, and to manufacturer standards

  • Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation

  • Identify potential issues and communicate findings to service advisors and technicians

  • Ensure repair orders are completed thoroughly and documented correctly

  • Assist with maintaining consistent quality standards across the service department

  • Support the service team by providing guidance and feedback when needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive technician experience required

  • Cadillac, Mitsubishi, or other dealership experience preferred

Heritage Cadillac Mitsubishi is looking for a reliable, motivated Part-Time Lot Porter to support our sales and service operations. This is an important behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our dealership running smoothly and looking its best. Schedule:

  • Part-time position, approximately 30–35 hours per week

  • MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the new and used vehicle lots

  • Move, park, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards

  • Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out for sales and service departments

Required Education:
